Our Expertise & Experience

NatureCall was established in 2002 on the Gold Coast by Director, Steve Noy, and now conducts work right across Australia.

Steve heads a highly experienced and qualified team of ecological and animal handling specialists who collectively have over 40 years experience in fauna and flora management.

Steve himself has grown up with animals and has over 20 years experience in fauna and native animal management within government and research organisations, zoological parks and veterinary clinics.

Steve also has a strong background and expertise in pest management including the translocation of aggressive/problem birds such as the white ibis, and is a qualified, licensed bird bander under the Australian Bat, Bird Banding Scheme (ABBBS).  He has also undertaken extensive trapping and research programs on declared and environmental pest species within Queensland and New South Wales including wild dogs, wild cats, foxes, deer, feral pigs, and Indian mynas.

Steve and his team pride themselves on being able to balance the conflict between economic development and ecological management and have undertaken a broad range of environmental projects, involving high levels of skill, integration and innovation.

NatureCall actively designs equipment, plans and carries out safe capture and relocation strategies and manages research and non-intrusive monitoring programs. Our solid ethics and dedication to research and innovation separates us from many of our competitors.
